At Big Event and Tents, we have a wide variety of inventory to choose from to ensure any event is successful.  

Our inventory includes marquee tents, frame canopy tents, and pop up tents. We have the experience and attention to detail needed for each of your events. 

*All tents larger then a 10×10 will be set up and broken down by our staff.

Transform any room into the perfect party space for your special event. Our Pipe and Drape can be used as a back drop or as a booth set up. Our Pipe and Drape will help your event look elegant and pull together any theme for your event. Our Pipe and Drape can be used for weddings, exhibits, graduations, school dances and large or small scale events.

At Big Events and Tents you can custom build the dance floor of your dreams. Incredibly safe and sturdy, plus looks great at any event. Our dance floor can go under our tents as well. Our dance floor is perfect for Corporate Events, School Events, Weddings, Birthday Parties, and Outdoor Events.

All aboard the trackless train! A perfect ride for everyone from young kids to adults. Trackless trains require "no tracks" so it can go just about anywhere! The trackless train can ride on any paved surface. Our conductor will drive thrilled children all around for a great experience. All aboard! Great for Company Picnics, Church Events,  School Events, Festivals and Fairs.

Loaded with 4 screens inside and 2 large screens mounted on the outside, a variety of game consoles ( X-Box X, X-Box One, Wii, Nintendo Switch) and a massive library of video games, a climate controlled game theater pulls up to your home, school, or church. You and your guests step inside to experience the ultimate video game party. Suitable for up to 24 gamers, 16 inside and 8 outside....

Includes 1 Game Coach to supervise the video game party so you can focus on the fun! (Additional Coach may be added for larger events)

*Online game play available with some restrictions. The truck provides wifi, internet is based on the signal in the area.

Big Events and Tents has a large selection of moonwalks and party rentals that will be a perfect fit for your event. We have popular licensed characters such as Frozen, Justice League, the Unicorn Bouncer, and so much more!

Our bouncers are inspected annually and are fully insured. Basic moonwalks come standard in size with see thru safety netting, entrance ramps, and some even have basket balls hoops inside!

Rock Tha House provides bounce house rentals that are clean, fun, and safe. Each inflatable is delivered and set up by our professionally trained staff.

One of the best way's to cool off in this hot Texas weather is renting a water slide. From a dual lane slip 'n slide to a 15' ft. water slide nothing is better than having a water day in your own backyard. Inflatable Water Slide rentals are perfect way to beat the heat and keep your guest entertained for hours.

You will need to provide the water hose from the water source to the slide attachment on the slide.

Concession equipment rentals are are great addition to any celebration, event or party. We offer the best concession rental, popcorn rental, and snow cone rental in the area!

Concession rentals WITHOUT an inflatable rental will include a delivery fee if it meets the minimum order requirement.

Customer may PICK Up with no delivery fee charge between 8-10am on Saturdays and returned between 9-11am on Sundays.
